North Okanagan Vernon Gleaners

"Thank you" to those who support us!

TLC Sewing Machinery

TLC tests all of our sewing machines to ensure that we are selling only machines that are in good working condition in our Gleaners Store.

Our volunteers are fueled in part by the regular and generous
donations of baked goods and treats from Cobs Bread.
Natural Factors

A generous donor and supporter of our Food Ministry, they have shared some of their harvest with us.  Watch the video of our vollunteers gleaning their fields...
NOR-VAL Rentals

We thank Nor-Val Rentals  for their support of our Lavington Plant
operations, through their helpful donations of tool and equipment
rentals for our work teams.
Restoration Lands Inc.

Mike & Sharon Molnar, owners of Restoration Lands Inc. (the former Lavington Glass Plant), are wonderful supporters of the North Okanagan Valley Gleaners!  When Gleaners has been in the predicament of not having enough room to house some of our furniture or used medical equipment, they have graciously opened their hearts and doors to accommodate our temporary need.

Though still in its developmental infancy, with the slogan "Developing for a greater purpose", they look to develop an environmentally "green" industrial park.  Their Okanagan Eco Park will feature the largest solar field of its kind in BC, with the idea of sharing the anticipated 2.4 Megawatts of energy within the park, in addition to the existing multi-line rail spur.  Their goal is not only to provide considerable employment within the North Okanagan, but to protect the environment and support the community while doing so."
